Adam serves as the Vice President of Business Development & Sales at Able Medical.

With more than 20 years of experience in medical device development and manufacturing, Adam has held leadership roles within the product development and operational disciplines at both RTI Surgical and Pioneer Surgical. During his time at RTI, Adam served as Senior Director of Technology Transfer to improve the manufacturability of products from concept to production. Prior to RTI, he served as Vice President of Research and Development at Pioneer Surgical. His responsibility included all engineering and design associated to medical device hardware and development. His role encompassed spine, orthopedic, cardiothoracic and advanced spine engineering to drive product launches and translate voice-of-the-customer inputs into commercialized successes. Adam was integral to the 2012 sale of Pioneer Surgical to RTI.

Adam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Michigan.
